Is it possible that some cases of anorexia are related to Alice in Wonderland syndrome (Todd's Syndrome)?

quote

The most prominent and often most disturbing symptom is that of altered body image: the sufferer will find that they are confused as to the size and shape of parts of (or all of) their body.

Yes, it's a form of body dysmorphism.

They look in the mirror and see a fat stomach, though none is there, they "diet" to get rid of the fat they see and cannot get rid. Resulting, in some cases, in anorexia.
