If you look on Resident evil Exitinction wiki:Sequal. it says that most characters from RE 5 are coming to be in this film and jill is reeutning it takes elments from Re4 Re5 and umbrella chronicals and filming would be in tornoto maybe? But i wanna if you know that alice is returning or not will milla star in Re4 this film is this last in the series.Will Milla Jovovich sign on as Alice in the upcoming Resident evil 4 film ?
they still havent gotten milla to join, but they wont do the movie unless milla joins

There is no cast yet but they are in the process now.
